1. About Boss Kicks
Boss Kicks is a South African online sneaker shop, run by the content creator known as Mr Peculiar / Big Boss. These terms govern your use of the Boss Kicks website and any purchase you make from us.
2. Consumer Protection Act
Boss Kicks operates in compliance with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA). Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have as a consumer under South African law.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, fraud, or if stock is unexpectedly unavailable. Where an order is cancelled by us before dispatch, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely via PayFast, which supports major credit and debit cards, Instant EFT, and other South African payment methods. Boss Kicks does not store your card details. Orders are only dispatched after successful payment confirmation.
5. Delivery
Shipping is a flat rate of R100 across South Africa. Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days from the date payment is confirmed. Boss Kicks is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our reasonable control.
6. Exchanges & store credit
We stand behind every pair we ship. If the size is wrong, the wrong item arrived, or there's a fault with the shoe, get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort you out with an exchange or store credit. 7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Boss Kicks name, logo, and imagery — is owned by or licensed to Boss Kicks. Product photography is licensed from third parties. You may not reproduce, distribute or sell any part of this site without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Boss Kicks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or purchase of any product. Nothing in this clause excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under the CPA.
