Exchanges & store credit

The short version

We want you in a pair you love. If something's off — say the size is wrong, the wrong item arrived, or there's a fault with the shoe — reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort you out with an exchange or store credit. Sneakers just need to be unworn and back in the original box.

When we'll make it right

  • The size isn't quite right — swap for a different UK size (subject to stock)
  • You received the wrong item — we'll get the right pair to you
  • There's a fault with the shoe — manufacturing defect, damage in transit
  • Changed your mind — as long as they're unworn and boxed, we'll do a straight exchange or issue store credit

How it works

  1. Sign in and open your order in My orders.
  2. Message us via TikTok DM @mr.peculiar6 with your order number and what you'd like to do.
  3. We'll confirm and arrange courier collection with you.
  4. Once the pair is back with us and checked, we'll ship your exchange or drop store credit into your account within 2 business days.

A few small things to know

  • Sneakers need to be unworn — no wear on the outsole, no creasing, no scuffs
  • Please include the original box, undamaged, with any tags and packaging inside
  • Reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can help
  • We offer exchanges and store credit — we don't process cash refunds, but your credit never expires and can be used across the whole shop

Courier costs

If it's our mistake — wrong item, faulty shoe, damage in transit — Boss Kicks covers the courier both ways. For a change of mind or size swap, return courier is on you.
