How the timing works
Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day usually ship the same day. Anything after that, or over the weekend, goes out the next working morning. Your tracking updates from the courier's system — we don't hide the ball on where your parcel is.
A note on the sneakers
Every pair is checked before it leaves us and boxed up properly. You get the shoe with the original branded box, laces, and any extras it came with — the way it should arrive. Ready to wear straight out the box.
If something goes sideways
Couriers do their thing, but occasionally a parcel takes the scenic route. If your delivery is late or you can't get hold of the driver, message us and we'll chase the courier for you. If we sent the wrong size or the wrong shoe, see our Exchanges & Store Credit page — we'll sort it.
